Growing up in Maine, he attended Maine Maritime Academy. He spent twenty-three years in the US Merchant Marines and retired as a Chief Engineer. We summer in Maine and winter in Florida. Leo has been married thirty-eight years to his beautiful wife Lisa, and they have two magnificent daughters who enrich their lives.
